Product Marketing

Technical Product Marketing Manager

Metroscope · ~1.5 years

Built the Product Marketing function for predictive-maintenance software used in nuclear and gas power plants.

  • Established the first operating rhythm across positioning, sales enablement, competitive intelligence and market research.
  • Prepared the 2026 marketing plan for the executive committee and completed the Product Marketing Alliance certification.

Perspective gained: Clarity is created by connecting product truth, market context and activation.

Customer value

Head of Customer Success

Metroscope · ~2 years

Created and led the Customer Success function from scratch, turning an ad hoc subscription base into a managed portfolio.

  • Grew the team from 0 to 5 CSMs and formalised the operating model, recruitment process and portfolio-wide account-health tracking.
  • Maintained zero churn across 12+ subscription customers representing €4M+ in recurring revenue, while reducing time-to-value from six to four months.

Perspective gained: The strongest evidence of value is a customer who can articulate it.

Implementation

Project Manager

Metroscope · ~2 years

Deployed predictive-maintenance software inside high-constraint nuclear and gas environments, and ran exploratory product POCs.

  • Led six full deployments, each typically spanning six months, and coordinated a nine-site fleet account through three project managers.
  • Scoped four datacentre POCs with product and engineering teams; two became active revenue-generating product lines.

Perspective gained: A working product becomes valuable only when it survives the customer’s reality.

Engineering foundation

R&D & systems engineering

IFPEN · Renault · BMW · PSA · ~4 years

Built and validated technical systems across energy and automotive: modelling, calibration, product development and engineering arbitration.

  • Developed a coupled thermal, hydraulic and electrical model for an electric vehicle, validated against a reference tool and documented for reuse.
  • Contributed to a connected pollutant-measurement device from prototype to commercialisation, and developed diagnostic tooling for BMW Stop/Start calibration.

Perspective gained: Technical credibility comes from building, validating and explaining the thing itself.
